September 23 - October 29
The Hockaday Museum of Art hosts the Local Color exhibition in the Museum from September 23 through October 29th to promote the artists participating in the Local Color Studio Tour. The Hockaday Museum of Art is supporting local artists and artisans working and living in the Flathead Valley by presenting the juried Local Color Exhibition and Studio Tour. Participating artists include Flathead Valley favorites Lavonne Burgard, Nancy Dunlop Cawdrey, Jane Latus Emmert, Donna Gans, Lauren Grabelle, Margaret Graziano, Ardith Karlsen-Scovel, Karen Leigh, Shelle Lindholm, Robert Markle, Herb W. McAllister, Treg Miller, Cris O’Keef, Gini Ogle, Lee Proctor, Elaine Snyder, and Julie Wulf working in a wide variety of artistic mediums including painting, jewelry, pottery, glass, metal and photography.

July 1 - Status notifications mailed
September 18, 20, & 21 - Delivery of art to the Hockaday, 10am-5pm
September 30 - Local Color Exhibit Opening Reception at the Hockaday, 5-7pm
October 2 - Open Studio Tour 10am-8pm
